To highlight my professional experience and leadership skills that I believe are necessary for a company to successfully develop its business, ensure business continuity, and address known as well as unrealized risks associated with its growth and development.

 Leadership Areas

Environmental Health, Security and Safety - Develop and implement policies and procedures needed to provide environmental safety and security to protect personnel, intellectual property, and facilities as mandated by Federal and State laws.

Disaster Recovery - Identify critical business functions and processes required to stabilize business operations in the event of a disaster including the design and operation of backup facilities and infrastructure to support continual and uninterrupted business operations.

Employee Travel Safety - Develop and implementing safety and security guidelines and training for employees involved in domestic and foreign travel to identify and manage potential risks and minimize the affects these risks can have on employees and their families and a company.

Facilities Planning and Management - Introduce new ideas for master planning facilities with infrastructures required to support converging physical and logical security programs and efficient building operating requirements.

Strategic Planning - Provide leadership in managing building use and occupancy requirements to accommodate business growth, downsizing, market pressures, new products, and routine moves, adds, and changes.

Business Partner Relations - Develop policies, protocol, and reliable resources to identify and evaluate potential business partners to reduce risk of financial losses, product theft, copyright infringement, uncomplimentary media coverage, and loss of market confidence.

Personnel Management - Provide leadership for hiring, training, and motivating qualified personnel.  Recently directed a staff of 27 employees and contractors that were responsible for the day-to-day operation of 19 facilities.

Writer and Instructor - Develop training material and presentations for employees, contractors, and clients.  Experienced writer of construction specifications, policies and procedures, and an author of published articles.  Instructor at a recognized University and keynote and session speaker at national and regional conferences.
