iWelcome to our Risk Management Learning Center (RMLC) where you'll be able to conduct your own Risk Management (RM) research or work directly with our RMLC faculty to customize your RM workshops, seminars, and staff training programs. We are an International Risk Management resource featuring faculty with years of experience in law enforcement, private security, and corporate Risk Management.  Over 500 "faculty mentors" representing most major industries, countries and cultures monitor our work to ensure our recommendations will work on the frontlines and in the real world. Soon we'll be offering "Community Outreach Programs" through our sister site at COPs007.com. All our RM programs adhere to internationally recognized RM principles and practices. Our workshops promote unified "Incident Command System" protocols for first responders and the National Incident Management System (NIMS) as their performance standard.

Faculty "white papers" are published for your review and comment. You will find links to faculty papers throughout our site. To benefit most from our sites, I recommend you read my white papers on "An Introduction to Risk Management" and "The RMLC Pyramid - An Introduction to Malow's  Hierarchy of Needs." Thank You for stopping at our sites and please enjoy your visit!          Rich Woldt

To my many friends and RM mentors around the world...

September 2005 marked my 42nd year of pounding the podium to motivate and spread Risk Management wisdom around the world. You have all richly blessed me with a career that's taken me to most cities in the US and countries in the free world. I've been blessed to have worked with so many good friends and  RM professionals. You've all shared your time and experience and in the process you've taught me much about life in the real world. I've learned; "There are no silver bullets" and it will take all of us working together to ensure a safe and secure future for our loved ones.

Now, thanks to the internet, we'll can keep in touch, continue to share, and move out with courage to prepare, protect, and defend your homeland.     Rich Woldt
